Who we are
Sky Lines B.V. provides industrial rope access services from the Rotterdam area throughout the Netherlands. Sky Lines B.V. is responsible for the personal information processed through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@sky-lines.nl.
Contact enquiries and working with us
When you email or call us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss services or potential collaboration. Depending on the enquiry, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or serves our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.
The Work with us form prepares a message in your own email application. Completing it does not submit information to our website server. You review and send the message yourself. Any CV or certificates you attach in your email application are part of your correspondence, not website analytics. Do not send information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Optional Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, only after you select Accept analytics. It helps us understand page visits and use of our contact links. Consent is requested from all visitors, including visitors in the EEA. Before acceptance, or after rejection, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and the site sends no analytics measurements or consent pings to Google.
After acceptance, Analytics processes pseudonymous cookie identifiers, page visits, browser/device information and technical connection information. Google receives connection information such as your IP address when your browser contacts its service. This is not anonymous processing. We configure analytics without Google Signals or advertising personalisation and do not install advertising or remarketing trackers.
We measure page views, telephone-link clicks, email-link clicks, contact-section links, Work with us links and preparation of an enquiry email. Preparing an email is not treated as a completed application or sent message. These interaction events contain fixed action and placement labels only. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form values, CVs or certificate contents as event data. Page URLs sent by this integration exclude query strings and fragments; referral URLs are not sent.
Cookies and your choice
Accept and Reject are equally available. Neither is selected in advance, and you can use the website if you reject analytics. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage under sky-lines-analytics-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. This preference storage is used to remember your decision, not for analytics. If storage is unavailable or cleared, you may be asked again.
After acceptance, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days without refreshing their expiry on each visit. Cookie lifetimes are separate from retention of information already held in the Analytics account.
Use or the footer link at any time to change your choice. Selecting Reject stops analytics, removes the isolated analytics frame and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. It does not automatically delete information already processed by Google; contact us with a privacy request.
Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting necessarily involves processing technical requests, including connection information, to serve and protect the site. Optional analytics data is processed by Google and may be processed outside the EEA. Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting working relationship and applicable legal obligations. Analytics data retention also depends on settings in the Google Analytics account; this website’s cookie expiry does not set those account retention periods.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
